The Voucher Program gives assistance for spaying & neutering dogs at Participating Veterinarians in St. Lawrence, Jefferson and parts of Franklin and Lewis Counties. Income guidelines apply to both the Voucher Program and the Mobile Clinic.
Spay/Neuter/Now (SNN) began in 1994 with a Voucher Program. From 1994 to December 2010 Spay Neuter Now has spayed or neutered 10,843 cats & dogs between the clinic and the voucher program. SNN vouchers are intended to defray some of the cost of a spay or neuter surgery for people who qualify.
Please Note: While our Mobile Clinic is active (April - November), Vouchers will not be available for cats in our clinic areas of operation.
SNN Voucher Amounts:
$25 Male Cat $40 Female Cat $40 Male Dog $50 Female Dog
After fully filling out an Application for Assistance and sending it to Spay/Neuter/Now with attached proof of income, we will check your eligibility. If you qualify, we will send you a Spay/Neuter/Now Voucher for your animal(s). You must bring the SNN Voucher with you to one of our Participating Veterinarians when checking in for surgery.
Please Note: The Participating Veterinarians set their own policies and charges for surgery. It is highly recommended to investigate prices and additional charges that are required by the Participating Veterinarians.

you have received a Spay/Neuter/Now Voucher, you may be eligible for
additional aid from the following organizations:
Massena Addressees: Please contact Massena Humane Society.
St. Lawrence County Addressees other than Massena will be receive additional
assistance from St. Lawrence Valley SPCA, who issue their own separate
voucher after being contacted by Spay/Neuter/Now.
St. Lawrence Valley SPCA is now including addressees in Potsdam, Colton, Pierrepont, Parishville, Hopkinton, Lisbon, Lawrence, Clifton, Norfolk, Norwood, Brasher and Hermon in their program through the rest of 2011.
