| Spay/Neuter/Now (SNN) receives no subsidizing, we are a non-profit, grass roots organization dedicated to reducing the pet overpopulation in the North Country through three programs: | ||||
| The Voucher Program gives financial assistance for spaying & neutering cats and dogs at Participating Veterinary clinics in St. Lawrence and Jefferson Counties and Parts of Franklin and Lewis Counties. Income guidelines apply to both the Voucher Program and the Mobile Clinic. | ||||
| The Mobile Clinic is a low-cost mobile surgical unit for cats, in St. Lawrence and Jefferson Counties and Parts of Franklin and Lewis Counties. Income guidelines apply to both the Mobile clinic and the Voucher Program. | ||||
| The Humane Education Program for teaching children kindness, compassion & respect for animals and all living things, as well as providing adult humane education through workshops. Also working to end animal cruelty. | ||||
