2015 Holiday Gift of Spaying
We want to thank everyone who has made our Gift of Spay program successful. In our last newsletter, we requested donations to pass onto our clients who needed a “little extra help” during the holidays. These funds were used to help reduce the cost of spaying & neutering down to $20 for our clinic’s in-need animals. We were so thankful for the donations that began to roll in, and they continue to do so. The Gift of Spay received over $5,100 to help towards the surgery of nearly 100 cats and dogs in Northern New York.
Our clients were surprised with the generosity of strangers. While presenting the “gifts,” we have had people cry tears of joy, let out whoops of glee, utter a few exclamations of “Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”, and say many God-blesses. We were able to get many of these animals scheduled before the holidays, and because of our big-hearted donors, we will continue with the late Christmas presents throughout the winter.
We at Spay-Neuter-Now thank you all so much for supporting our goal of reducing the number of unwanted cats and dogs in the North Country by spaying & neutering. Thank you for making a difference for our organization, our clients, and the animals.
